Our relationship with you is important and that’s why we always try to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your item please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We will be happy to make some suggestions or organise a refund.
However, items would need to be sent back to us within 14 days, unworn or used and in all original packaging. If you have an issue with the sizing please have a look at our sizing guide as you will be required to pay for the return shipping costs.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and the item is not damaged or faulty then please return it to us within 14 days, in its original packaging.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN THE CONDITION THEY WERE IN, BEFORE RECEIPT.
DELIVERIES AND SHIPPING
Deliveries are sent out every Monday and Thursday. Local deliveries will be packaged and sent within 7 working days.
We also ship internationally. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we can provide a quote on the cost of delivery.
